In 2011, I’ve now multiple times utilized the mature WordPress backend and administration bits as a powerful content management system. There are various plugins utilized to help push WordPress even more into the CMS direction. Typically, I’ve used WordPress as designed—as a great blogging tool (both here and Keefer Madness are both WordPress installs), with just a single or a couple of full-access users.
But now, in the world of CMS, it’s a lot more users with a lot of different access rights, etc.
