Read this in-depth articles on responsive hover several weeks back and have been meaning to share it. Great exploration in the article, but how most things on the web should be approached, the article concludes what we all pretty much all know: content is king and there’s no one-size fits all solution.
In the end, it’s your content, your audience, browsers, devices, etc. all factor into how to approach a web property and how much flourish and responsiveness you provide.
